We fabricate aluminum (5052, 6061), stainless steel (304, 316), mild steel (SPCC, SECC), galvanized steel, copper, and brass. Thickness range: 0.5mm to 12mm depending on material and process.

Laser cutting: ±0.1mm. CNC bending: ±0.5° on angles, ±1mm on bend positions. Hole positioning: ±0.1mm. Flatness and perpendicularity vary by size and material—contact us for specific requirements.

Minimum inside bend radius is typically 1× material thickness for soft materials (aluminum, mild steel) and 1.5-2× thickness for stainless steel and harder alloys. We optimize tooling to minimize bend radius where needed.

Powder coating (RAL/Pantone colors), electroplating (zinc, nickel, chrome), brushing, polishing, anodizing (aluminum), and passivation (stainless). We can match samples or provide color charts.

Prototypes: 5-7 business days. Production runs: 10-15 business days depending on complexity, quantity, and finishing. Rush service available for critical projects.
