Industrial 3D Printing Services

Industrial 3D Printing Services

Need complex geometries or rapid iteration? Our industrial 3D printing services deliver high-quality parts in 1-3 days. SLA (stereolithography) provides exceptional surface finish and fine details down to 0.05mm layer height. SLS (selective laser sintering) produces strong, isotropic parts in nylon and other engineering materials without support structures.

From concept models to functional prototypes and low-volume production, we handle design optimization, material selection, printing, post-processing, and finishing. Get parts that look and perform like injection-molded components at a fraction of the tooling cost.

SLA Technology

High-resolution resin printing with smooth surface finish and fine feature detail down to 0.05mm layers.

SLS Technology

Strong nylon parts without supports, ideal for functional testing and end-use applications.

Multiple Materials

Standard, tough, flexible, high-temp, and biocompatible resins; PA12, PA11 nylon powders.

Post-Processing

Washing, curing, vapor smoothing, dyeing, painting, and metal plating for professional finish.

All 3D printed parts undergo dimensional checks and visual inspection. We provide material data sheets, print orientation documentation, and mechanical test results on request.

3 Steps to 3D Printed Parts

From CAD to finished parts in days—our streamlined process includes design review and post-processing.

We optimize print orientation, support placement, and wall thickness to ensure the best surface finish and mechanical properties.

3D Printing FAQs

Common questions about technologies, materials, accuracy, and applications.

SLA (stereolithography) uses UV laser to cure liquid resin layer-by-layer, producing smooth, detailed parts ideal for visual prototypes and fit-check models. SLS (selective laser sintering) uses laser to fuse nylon powder, creating strong, functional parts without supports—ideal for mechanical testing and end-use applications.

SLA: Standard resin (gray/white), tough resin, flexible resin, high-temp resin (up to 238°C HDT), castable resin, dental/biocompatible resins. SLS: PA12 nylon (natural white or dyed black/gray), PA11 bio-based nylon, glass-filled nylon, and TPU elastomers.

SLA: ±0.15mm (±0.006") or ±0.2% per dimension, whichever is greater. SLS: ±0.3mm (±0.012") or ±0.3% per dimension. Actual accuracy depends on part size, geometry, and orientation. Tight-tolerance features may require post-machining.

SLA: up to 145×145×175mm per part. SLS: up to 300×300×300mm per part. Larger parts can be split into multiple pieces and assembled with adhesive bonding or mechanical fasteners.

Standard turnaround: 3-5 business days including printing and post-processing. Rush service: 1-2 business days for small to medium parts. Large production runs: 5-10 days depending on quantity and finishing requirements.

Yes! SLS nylon parts are commonly used for end-use production in automotive, aerospace, medical devices, and consumer products. They offer good mechanical properties, chemical resistance, and durability. SLA parts work well for low-stress applications, jigs/fixtures, and short-run production.
